Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Peerloop, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
Peerloop is a peer feedback exchange platform for indie hackers and early-stage builders. Users review other members' products to earn credits, which they then spend to receive structured feedback on their own products.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Peerloop.
User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- One account per person — creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
Credit System
- Reviewing 3 products earns you 1 credit to submit your own product for feedback (3:1 ratio).
- Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
User Content & Conduct
You retain ownership of content you submit (product descriptions, reviews, etc.). By posting content on Peerloop, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use that content in connection with operating the platform.
You agree not to:
- Submit spam, low-effort, or intentionally misleading reviews
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Attempt to manipulate the credit system
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose
- Scrape or collect data from other users without consent
Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
The Peerloop name, logo, design, and source code are the property of Peerloop. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Peerloop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or usefulness of any feedback received through the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You can delete your account by contacting us. Upon termination, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Romania.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
